Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to and use of SoundDistrict, including our mobile application, website, creator experiences, and related services.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using SoundDistrict, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. SoundDistrict

SoundDistrict is a local-first music discovery platform designed to connect listeners with artists, tracks, playlists, and music scenes through geographic districts. Features may change, expand, or be discontinued as the service develops.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Information you provide should be accurate and kept reasonably current.

We may restrict or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or maintain platform security and integrity.

4. Location-based features

Some SoundDistrict features depend on location permission. Free users may be assigned to a district based on their real/current location, while eligible Premium features may allow navigation to supported districts outside the user's current location.

Location and district availability can vary by device, permission settings, coverage, and service availability.

5. User and creator content

You retain ownership of content you lawfully own. By submitting, uploading, publishing, or otherwise providing content to SoundDistrict, you grant CORZOHUB LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, process, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve SoundDistrict.

You must have all rights, permissions, licenses, and clearances necessary for anything you submit, including music, recordings, artwork, names, images, biographies, and metadata.

6. Music rights and submissions

Do not upload or submit music you are not authorized to provide. Artist and track submissions may be reviewed, approved, rejected, changed, unpublished, or removed through SoundDistrict moderation and catalog operations.

Submitting content does not guarantee publication, promotion, playlist placement, verification, audience reach, or continued availability.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use SoundDistrict to:

  • Violate law or another person's rights.
  • Upload infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, or unauthorized content.
  • Impersonate another artist, creator, person, or organization.
  • Manipulate streams, engagement, district signals, rankings, or platform metrics.
  • Probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or interfere with platform security or access controls.
  • Use automated systems in a way that materially harms the service or other users.

8. Premium features and subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription or entitlement. Pricing, billing periods, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be handled by the applicable app store or payment provider and are subject to that provider's terms in addition to these Terms.

Premium features may change over time. Ending a subscription may remove access to Premium-only functionality after the applicable entitlement period ends.

9. Moderation and enforcement

We may review reports and submissions, apply moderation decisions, remove content, limit distribution, revoke verification, restrict accounts, or take other reasonable actions to protect the service and enforce these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

SoundDistrict's software, branding, logos, visual design, platform features, and other materials provided by CORZOHUB LLC are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of SoundDistrict intellectual property to you.

11. Third-party services

SoundDistrict may rely on third-party platforms and services such as app stores, infrastructure providers, subscription processors, mapping services, email providers, or external links. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices.

12. Availability and disclaimers

SoundDistrict is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific discovery results, audience growth, revenue, placement, or geographic coverage.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CORZOHUB LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use SoundDistrict. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

14. Changes to SoundDistrict or these Terms

We may update the service or these Terms as SoundDistrict evolves. Material changes may be communicated through the app, website, or another appropriate method. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
